Kristin Greer Love Joins CDM As A Skadden Fellow!


Kristin is a third-year student at the University of Chicago Law School. She was recently awarded a two-year fellowship in public interest law to work with CDM in Mexico from the Skadden Fellowship Foundation! During law school, Kristin has chaired the Environmental Law Society, International Law Society, and the National Lawyers Guild and has interned with Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, the Honorable Ruben Castillo for the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, and the Environmental Law and Policy Center. She is a clinical student in her school's Federal Criminal Justice Project, where she represents indigent defendants charged with crimes in federal court. During 2008, Kristin volunteered as a voter protection advocate and canvasser with President-Elect Obama's campaign in northwest Indiana and Missouri. She is a Truman Scholar and graduated from the University of Chicago in June 2006 with degrees in History and Law, Letters, and Society. Kristin enjoys marathon running and spending time outside and is very excited to return to CDM in August 2009.
