As a result of its outreach, CDM is often contacted by workers who have experienced problems with their employment in the United States. CDM completes intake interviews, evaluates their claims, and refers their cases through the networks CDM has developed with legal and social service providers, unions, and workers centers. By providing translation, communication, and other services, CDM facilitates transnational representation and service delivery.
