From farmworkers and landscapers to seafood processors and domestic workers, migrant workers face abuse as they move between their home communities and their workplaces in the United States.

Since 2005, Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, Inc. has worked alongside migrant workers to remove the border as a barrier to justice. Through worker organizing, groundbreaking advocacy, innovative legal strategies, and technology, CDM has advanced justice for millions of migrant workers across borders. Together, we can make sure migrant workers’ rights are respected, and laws and policies reflect their voices.

In our 18 years of impact, we’ve:

  • Reached 332 communities in person
  • Trained over 38,000 migrant workers
  • Recovered $40+ million in earnings and damages
